This Privacy Policy applies only to the core Alt Crew website and the Alt Crew mobile app — including features such as account registration and login, courses, portfolio and watchlist tools, market data and analytics, price alerts and push notifications, trading signals, sessions, articles, and premium membership checkout.

This Privacy Policy does not cover Alt Crew AI or Murmur Chat. These are separate products with their own data practices, and are governed by their own privacy policies, which will be published independently. If you use Alt Crew AI or Murmur Chat, please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on how your data is handled there.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you use our Services, including:

• Account Information: full name, email address, and password when you register or log in to the app or website.
• Membership Details: WhatsApp number (with country code), Discord ID, date of birth, your self-reported crypto trading experience level, and how you heard about Alt Crew, collected when you complete your member profile after joining Premium.
• Payment Verification Information: Alt Crew does not process card or bank payments directly. Payments are made manually via cryptocurrency (e.g., Binance Pay or direct wallet transfer). To verify a payment, we may ask you to share a payment screenshot, transaction ID, or wallet address with us via WhatsApp. We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, or full wallet credentials.
• Communications: messages, screenshots, or other information you send us via WhatsApp, Discord, or email for support, verification, or membership purposes.
• Portfolio and Watchlist Data: cryptocurrency holdings, watchlisted coins, and price alert preferences you choose to add within the app.
• User Content: any content you voluntarily share with us, such as feedback, testimonials, or coupon codes entered at checkout.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, certain information may be collected automatically:

• Device and Usage Data: device type, operating system, app version, general usage patterns, crash and diagnostic logs, and log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages or screens visited.
• Push Notification Tokens: to deliver price alerts, market updates, and other notifications to your device, the app registers a device token with a third-party push notification service. This token is used solely to route notifications to your device and is managed through our backend infrastructure ("Alt Crew Server").
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: our website uses cookies and similar tools (including Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site, remember your theme preference (light/dark mode), and improve our Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
• Deep Link and Referral Data: if you access the app through a link (e.g., a shared session, course, or article link), we may log which link was used to improve navigation and content delivery.

• Alt Crew Server / Backend Infrastructure: we use secure third-party cloud infrastructure ("Alt Crew Server") to store account data, authenticate users, host our database, and deliver push notifications. These providers process data strictly on our behalf and under our instructions.
• Market Data Providers: we display publicly available cryptocurrency market data (prices, charts, market sentiment, and economic calendar data) sourced from third-party market data APIs. This data is not personal information and is not linked to your identity.
• Analytics Providers: we use Google Analytics on our website to understand aggregate traffic and usage trends.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account, and verify your identity when you log in.
• Process and verify your Premium membership payment and activate your access.
• Communicate with you about your membership, including approvals, renewals, and support requests via WhatsApp, Discord, or email.

• Provide and personalize features such as portfolio tracking, watchlists, courses, sessions, and articles.

• With Your Consent: in any other case where you have given us your explicit consent to share your information.

Our website and app also contain links to third-party platforms and affiliate partners, such as cryptocurrency exchanges, brokers, Discord, Instagram, WhatsApp, and our service status page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

Your information is stored on secure, industry-standard third-party cloud infrastructure ("Alt Crew Server"). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

10. Third-Party Products Not Covered by This Policy

As noted in Section 1, this Privacy Policy applies only to the core Alt Crew website and Alt Crew mobile app. It does not apply to Alt Crew AI or Murmur Chat, which are separate products maintained under their own privacy policies. It also does not apply to any third-party websites, apps, or services that we may link to or integrate with, including cryptocurrency exchanges, Discord, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
